Ava Bike Electric is an incentive program that aims to increase access to e-bikes, reduce carbon emissions, and support local businesses.
The program provides an instant rebate, ranging $400 to $1,500, off of a new e-bike, depending on the type of e-bike and if an applicant is income-qualified.

Timeline
Eligible applicants are automatically entered into three consecutive monthly drawings. Random drawings take place on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Applicants deemed eligible by 11:59 PM the day prior will be entered in that month’s drawing.
