Clean Cars 4 All - Sac Metro
Sacramento area residents can get up to $9,500 to replace an old car (car must be 15 years or older, must have been registered for at least the past 2 years, and must have a CA title) with a new or used electric or hybrid vehicle.
Please be aware that funding from this program is taxable income as per Air District requirements. All participants receiving benefits of $600 or more will receive a 1099-G form the first quarter of the following calendar year to file with the IRS.
