Clean Cars 4 All - San Diego
San Diego residents can receive up to $12,000 to replace an old car (car must be 2009 model or older, must be under your name, must have been operated in CA for the last 2 years, and must be under 10,000 pounds) with a new or used electric or hybrid vehicle.
Participants have the option to either purchase or lease the vehicle. Mobility Option: This option allows a participant to go "car-free," and receive up to $7,500 in value to use for public transit or to buy an e-bike. You may combine these mobility options to best suit your mobility needs (e.g. $1,700 for an e-bike and $5,800 for public transit).
