Drive Clean in the San Joaquin
Income-eligible residents of San Joaquin Valley counties can get up to $10,000 to replace an old car (car must be 17 years or older) with a new or used electric or hybrid vehicle.
Higher incentives of $12,000 are designated for individuals residing in priority zip codes. Access Clean CA exclusively serves low- to moderate-income individuals. Clients with higher annual earnings are not eligible for our program but may be eligible for lower eligible amounts when they apply on their own.
