California residents can receive support from a trusted loan partner through the Driving Clean Assistance Program.
Loans must provide interest rates of 8% or lower. These loans are best for individuals who have lower credit scores and could not access a lower interest rate loan on their own.

The application review process can take up to 30 days from the date of submission. However high application volume may cause further delays. Participants who reside in a Disadvantaged Community (DAC) will have priority. For more information on the needs-based processing please see the consumer guide.
