San Mateo County residents can receive up to $2,000 toward the purchase of a used all-electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle.
You may be eligible for a discount upon purchase or a discount after purchase (prior approval required). Access Clean CA exclusively serves low- to moderate-income individuals. Clients with higher annual earnings are not eligible for our program but may be eligible for lower eligible amounts when they apply on their own. You can submit for an instant rebate at the time of purchase at a participating dealership or submit for a post-purcahse rebate within 90 days of purchase. If approved, you'll receive your rebate by mail in 4-5 weeks.
