Replace Your Ride
Residents of select areas in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange counties can get up to $12,000 to replace an old car with a new or used electric or hybrid vehicle, or public transit vouchers.
You can also trade in your vehicle for up to $7,500 in benefits, including discounted mass transit pass, access car-sharing options, or to purchase an e-bike.

After you apply it will take approximately 12 - 14 weeks to process your documentation to find out if you are approved. You can check your application status on the program’s website with your application ID or Vin number. In addition there is the Help Center which can be reached at (844) 797-2223 Tuesday-Friday, 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm.
